01 General Terms & Conditions

CBD33 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform that provides entertainment services to players in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the CBD33 website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on CBD33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use CBD33.

CBD33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with CBD33, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided on the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• A single individual may not create more than one account.
• CBD33 cannot be used if online gaming is prohibited by law in your country.
• Anyone who has been banned by CBD33 will not be permitted to register a new account.

CBD33 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Age and identity may need to be verified using a national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

To change the email address or phone number provided at registration, members must contact CBD33 customer support and verify their identity.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals on CBD33:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds via third-party payments, credit cards, or borrowed money is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–72 hours, though delays may occur if a verification process is underway.
• CBD33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Deposited funds are stored on CBD33's secure servers and used solely for the member's gaming activity. CBD33 will never use a member's funds for any unauthorized purpose under any circumstances.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

CBD33 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) — you must place bets totaling that amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.
• Not all games may be eligible for bonus play — check the offer page for the list of qualifying games.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• CBD33 reserves the right to void bonuses if suspected bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonus cash and real money are tracked separately. Withdrawing before meeting the bonus conditions will result in the bonus being cancelled.

CBD33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time; however, bonuses already in progress will remain subject to their original terms.

05 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed while playing on CBD33:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, the result recorded in the CBD33 system will be considered final.
• Any discrepancy in a game result must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Inappropriate behavior in the chat is strictly prohibited.

CBD33 may temporarily take games offline for maintenance at any time. For bets that are active during a maintenance window, decisions will be made in accordance with CBD33's established policy.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CBD33 and will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyberattack against CBD33's systems.
• Using CBD33 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or misusing the personal information of other members.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage CBD33's reputation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

CBD33 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing a false identity or submitting inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or cooling-off).
• Due to prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members who wish to close their account must submit a written request to CBD33 customer support. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed (subject to no existing restrictions).

If an inactive account holds a balance, CBD33 may deduct a fixed maintenance fee each month. Members will be notified in advance about this fee.

08 Limitation of Liability

CBD33 will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss on a game or transaction due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices.
• Account information compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives).
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.

CBD33's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total balance held in that member's account. CBD33 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any other consequential damages.

09 Responsible Gaming

CBD33 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be entertainment, and we actively work to ensure it never becomes a problem.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• If needed, members can place their account on Self-Exclusion for 7, 30, or 90 days.
• If signs of gaming addiction are detected, CBD33 will automatically send the member a warning notification.
• Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to open an account. If a family member reports a minor's account, CBD33 will investigate the matter immediately.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

CBD33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact CBD33 customer support in the first instance. The support team will respond within 72 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to CBD33's licensing authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of CBD33's licensing jurisdiction. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
